Ginger Mezcal Spritzer

An herbaceous cocktail made with Madre Mezcal and Mountain Valley, to celebrate Cinco De Mayo and beyond. Created with pure, natural, small-batch crafted ingredients, this recipe is bound to refresh and delight!


- 3 oz Mountain Valley Sparkling Water
- 1 oz Madre Mezcal
- 1 oz Monfefo Ginger Shot
- 1 oz water
- salt to top

Prepare the ginger ice cube by freezing 1 oz of ginger shot with 1 oz of water in an ice cube tray. Once frozen, mix the sparkling water and mezcal, and place the ice cube in. Shake, sprinkle with salt, and sip in goodness!
