Delivery Info / Public Health Info / Disclaimers
Monfefo LLC. is not responsible for any product that becomes misplaced, stolen or adulterated due to mishandling and/or improper storage conditions for extended periods of time. We cannot be responsible for compromised or damaged product due to incorrect addresses. All orders are final. Your order will be transported in and arrive in a box labeled "Keep Refrigerated" that is specifically designed to keep your shots at the safest and most appropriate temperature during transportation. Once you or personnel has received the package, it is your responsibility to refrigerate the shots immediately upon arrival. Our products must remain refrigerated at all times. We are not responsible for any product that becomes adulterated because the package wasn't refrigerated upon arrival. Monfefo LLC. is not responsible for adulterated juice due to an incorrect address, unopened packages, or unsigned packages.
Please Note: Tolerance levels for raw ginger and spicy food may vary from person to person. You should consult your doctor to find out how much ginger is good for you. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You should consult with your doctor and compile information from several sources prior to consuming any juice regimen. The advisability of consuming juices sold by Monfefo LLC. should be investigated, and you should consult your Healthcare Professional in that regard. Individuals who are taking any dietary or herbal supplements, and/or OTC medications and/or prescription medication should consult their doctor before consuming our ginger shots. Women who are pregnant and the elderly should consult with their doctor before consumption and children under the age of 16 should not consume our ginger shots without adult supervision and first consulting their physician. Children under the age of 1 should not consume raw honey.

Limitation of Liability

Not withstanding any other provision in this Agreement, you agree that Monfefo’s liability to you for any reason shall not exceed the amount you pay to Monfefo for its products and that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by final binding arbitration in Brooklyn, New York before an arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Judgment on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
2. You understand and acknowledge that your consumption of beverage products sold by Monfefo may cause illness, personal injury or death, that such products may become adulterated, may contain harmful ingredients and may cause allergic reactions. You represent that you have independently investigated the advisability of consuming raw juices, sold by Monfefo, and have consulted your Healthcare Professional in that regard. You also represent that you have read this entire waiver and liability release, or had it read to you, and that you fully understand it and that you intend to relieve Monfefo, its officers and employees and its successors and assigns from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death caused by negligence or any other cause. By signing the “I agree” terms before check out also ensures that you have read all the terms and have accepted them as is. Negligence to read the appropriate information is your responsibility.
3. In no event shall Monfefo LLC. be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use this site. some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Any controversy or dispute involving Monfefo LLC. arising from or in any way related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be heard in the appropriate State or Federal court in Kings County, New York.

We may call and or email you if you any situation arises during delivery. We remind you that persons under the age of 18 cannot use this site without permission from a parent or guardian.
Returns
We do not accept returns, however, if you received a damaged package or unsatisfactory product, please contact us at info@monfefo.com for more information. Please note: if you forgot to refrigerate your product or if it was lost in transit, it is not our responsibility once we safely ship the product out to you. Thank You!
