Fire Cider

Fire Cider is created by infusing apple cider vinegar with roots, fruits, herbs, and honey. By harnessing the healing properties of each ingredient, a daily shot supports the immune system from the inside out.


- 1 horseradish root
- 1 turmeric root
- 2 oz Monfefo ginger shot
- 1 onion
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 bundle of sage
- 16 cloves of garlic
- apple cider vinegar
- honey

Grate the horseradish and turmeric roots. Chop the onion, orange, lemon, garlic, and habanero peppers. Place all in a half-gallon jar. Pour the ginger shot in and then cover with apple cider vinegar so that all ingredients are submerged.

Lay a cheesecloth or piece of parchment paper over the rim of the jar before screwing the lid on. Store in a cool, dark place for 4 weeks. Shake daily to support the infusion of ingredients.

After 4 weeks, pour the contents through a cheesecloth to strain the liquid. Once strained, add honey and store in a cool, dark place for up to a year. Enjoy as a daily shot or as an addition to your favorite beverages and cooking!
