Ube Ice Cream

On long Summer days, we all crave a refreshing and renewing end to the day. This ice cream is centered around the ingredient ube, a purple yam originally from the Philippines. It has a sweet and mellow taste, and nourishes with healthy carbohydrates, vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants. This recipe was created to satisy your sweet tooth with simple, whole food ingredients that keep you feeling good and refreshed from within. No added sugar, just nature's nectar filling your cup(s)!


- 1 large ube (steamed, cut into 1" cubes, and frozen)
- 3 frozen bananas
- 6 1" frozen coconut milk cubes
- 2 oz Monfefo turmeric


Simply blend all ingredients until smooth (for 4 servings) and enjoy with each scoop!
