Restorative Roots and Shoots Broth

Ingredients


- 1 beet
- 1 daikon radish
- 1 celery stalk
- 4 cups of water
- 2 oz Monfefo Ginger Shot or Turmeric Shot
- Pinch of Salt (Pink, mineral, or sea)
- Pinch of freshly ground pepper
Roughly chop the beet, radish, and celery. Place the vegetables in a soup pot with water and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain and serve.
Remedy tip: Sweet, pungent, astringent, and bitter in taste, this is a deeply restorative healing broth. Add a Monfefo Ginger Shot or Monfefo Turmeric Shot to the cooking, and season with apple cider vinegar to boost the benefits of digestion and immunity.
