Carrot, White Bean, and Turmeric Hummus

Serafina LoGiacco of Capisce Market, an exploration and expansion of connection through food, crafted this dreamy hummus with our turmeric multi-serve as an ode to reviving your beloved leftovers. A hybrid of hummus and roasted carrot dip spiked with the turmeric shot creates a creamy and subtly sweet dip that brightens any sandwich, salad, or snack for your Spring gatherings. 


- 1 cup of white beans (drained from their cooking or can liquid)
- 3 whole medium-sized roasted carrots
-2-3 heaping tablespoons of tahini
- 3 tablespoons of Monfefo turmeric shot 
- sea salt, toasted sesame seeds, and smoked chili flakes to taste

Combine beans, roasted carrots, tahini, turmeric shot, and sea salt in a food processor or high speed blender. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides of processor in between if needed. Taste and if necessary, add more of anything to your liking for more sweetness or warmth. Top with grassy olive oil, toasted sesame seeds, and smoked chili flakes along with delicate herbs like parsley or mint if you have them on hand.
